The universities of North Rhine-Westphalia take responsibility for a broad scientific discourse and are committed to sustainable action. Prof. Münch's lecture analyses civilizational needs, necessities and ecological sustainability goals. Based on an idea with a concrete vision, the social need, various obstacles, a feasibility study and necessary social innovation around the construction of residential buildings above the ground will be discussed.
