GAMM Student Chapter at TU Dortmund University
The International Organisation of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics (GAMM) promotes the scientific development of all areas of applied mathematics and mechanics. The purpose of the association is to foster and promote scientific work and international cooperation in applied mathematics as well as in all areas of mechanics and physics, which are part of the fundamentals of engineering. The association pursues this purpose primarily by organizing scientific conferences. The fulfilment of the purpose of the association shall serve exclusively and directly the promotion of science and thus the general public, excluding any economic gain.
The aim of the GAMM Student Chapter is to promote interdisciplinary cooperation in applied mathematics, mechanics and other disciplines represented in GAMM between master students and doctoral students at TU Dortmund University.
Soziale Aktivitäten der GAMM-Nachwuchsgruppe: Fußball

Zur Förderung des Austausches treffen wir uns Im Rahmen der GAMM-Nachwuchsgruppe zum gemeinsamen Fußballspielen. Donnerstag, 02.06.2022, 18:00 Uhr, Hochschulsportgebäude (Otto-Hahn-Str. 3)
Zum Kennenlernen untereinander organisiert die GAMM-Nachwuchsgruppe der TU Dortmund regelmäßig soziale Aktivitäten. Auf Grund der Pandemie musste dies in den letzten Jahren leider ausfallen. Durch die Lockerungen können diese Aktivitäten jetzt aber wieder gestartet werden und beginnt am 02.06.2022, 18:00 Uhr mit einem freundlichen Fußballspiel und wird in Zukunft durch andere Aktivitäten wie zum Beispiel Bouldern erweitert. Diese Aktivitäten dienen dazu sich in einer lockeren Atmosphäre kennenzulernen und auszutauschen.
